 "Yes — revisions are built into every package because we want you to love the final product. Bronze includes 2 rounds, Silver includes 3, and Gold includes unlimited revisions within scope. If you need something outside the original brief — extra cuts, animation, or additional versions — we'll give you a clear cost before moving forward. No surprise invoices, ever." 

"Absolutely — and honestly, we love doing it. Behind-the-scenes content is gold for Instagram and TikTok, especially for restaurants and boutiques along 30A where the vibe and atmosphere are half the appeal.  "We get it — weather on the Gulf Coast has its own agenda, and sometimes a perfect outdoor shoot day turns into a thunderstorm by noon. You can reschedule once at no charge as long as you give us at least 48 hours notice. Inside 48 hours, your deposit is retained since we've already committed the crew's time. We're reasonable people though — if something genuinely out of your control comes up, just call us and we'll work it out." 

 "Once your final payment clears, the content is yours — fully licensed for your website, social media, paid ads, and any commercial use you need. We may feature your project in our portfolio or on our social channels to show off the work, but if you'd prefer to keep it private just let us know in writing and we'll respect that completely." 

"Yes — and for 30A businesses this makes a lot of sense. Restaurants update their menus, boutiques launch new collections, vacation rentals need fresh seasonal content.  "We know that events on 30A — especially outdoor ones — can be at the mercy of the Gulf weather. Cancellations inside 48 hours are non-refundable since we've already blocked the crew's schedule and turned down other work. If your event is postponed rather than cancelled, we'll apply your deposit to the new date subject to availability. When in doubt, call us early — the sooner we know the more options we have to help." 

 "We shoot with professional-grade cinema cameras including RED EPIC, Canon, and Sony, paired with ZEISS lenses, ARRI lighting, and SENNHEISER wireless audio. For aerial footage we fly DJI drones that capture the turquoise water and 30A coastline in stunning 4K. The gear changes based on the project — but the standard never does." 

You can request up to three rounds of revisions on edited content to match your brief. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges. 

Our quotes are transparent and tailored based on the shoot type, duration, location, and deliverables. We can customize packages for multi-day or recurring needs and match competitive quotes when appropriate. 

 "We keep it simple. A 20% deposit locks in your shoot date — the remaining balance is due after the shoot and before we deliver your final files. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Card payments carry a 3.5% processing fee. If you have a specific payment structure in mind, just ask — we're flexible with clients we have a good relationship with."
